Moutito is a New Zealand-based business offering culturally inspired decorative window films. All products are made with care and connection to our Polynesian heritage. These Terms apply to all site visitors, customers, and users of the site.

2. Products & Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability.

  • Product images may slightly vary due to lighting or screen resolution.

  • Custom and pre-cut window film sizes are final and cannot be altered once your order is placed.

  • Please double-check your order details before checking out.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in NZD unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept payment via Direct Bank Transfer,  Afterpay (pending approval), and major credit/debit cards.

  • Full payment is required before order dispatch.

  • Moutito reserves the right to update pricing at any time without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and dispatched via tracked courier.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • Moutito is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer change-of-mind returns.

  • If your item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue. We will assess and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

  • All returns must be unused and in their original packaging.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, product names, and cultural artworks displayed on this site are owned by or licensed to Moutito. They may not be copied, resold, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure product quality and satisfaction. However, Moutito is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our products.
