Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase.

 

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following:

1. Products

Our products are made with care and cultural pride. Each window film is decorative and designed for indoor use only unless otherwise stated. Product descriptions, images, and measurements are provided to help you make informed choices, but slight variations may occur.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
We are not currently registered for GST, so no tax will be charged or shown on invoices.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia is open but limited.

Orders are custom made after payment is received.

Delivery timeframes vary:

Shipping fees are flat-rate and shown at checkout. Pick ups are available for our locals.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is:

Faulty or damaged upon arrival

Incorrect (e.g. wrong item sent)

If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once your order has shipped, we can no longer cancel it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and images are the property of Moutito. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our brand without written permission.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information. Your details are used only for processing your order and communicating with you about it.
